Returns & Exchanges
All orders are non-refundable unless your item(s) arrive(s) damaged or unless we have accidentally sent you the wrong item. Please contact us at hello@millieandsebby.com if your order arrived damaged.
Exchanges
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we will happily exchange it for another item of equal or greater value. Simply write to us at hello@millieandsebby.com and we will send you instructions to process the exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (only if damaged or wrong item sent)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
